Kennedy & Company is currently leading the Virginia Community College System and 16 of its participating colleges through the technical build and implementation of Salesforce for recruitment, outreach, and admissions efforts.
The scale of this implementation first required extensive planning and design, which resulted in a hub-and-spoke architecture, with one system-level central org, and 16 individual college orgs.

K&Co has led the Virginia Community College System through the technical build and change management efforts related to implementing a variety of functionality to meet wide ranging use cases across the system, including enrollment funnel management, case management, coaching, and workforce development.
From there we have designed the complex integration process and mapped the data between the multiple Salesforce orgs, the SIS, and other third party tools such as EAB Navigate and Lumens.
