Kennedy & Company partnered with Clark University to conduct an audit of the institution’s use of HubSpot and Slate for graduate program recruitment. We were also asked to build a future-state roadmap that recommends the best path toward deeper adoption of technology and enhances prospective student engagement.‍Kennedy & Company interviewed key stakeholders within the graduate admission and marketing departments, as well as third-party vendors. We reviewed existing documentation relative to the current state of recruitment efforts and conducted an audit of the current state instances of HubSpot and Slate CRM to determine effectiveness in meeting strategic goals, identifying platform limitations, and noting gaps in integration. Our findings were delivered in an audit report, which included high-level recommendations on a future-state technology model that creates a more comprehensive and consistent recruitment to enrollment experience.
