Kennedy & Company worked with Mid Michigan College to complete the implementation of TargetX Recruitment and Retention Suites within Mid Michigan’s Salesforce Org for the admission and advising departments. After the original internal implementation team turned over, Kennedy & Company was asked to perform an audit and complete the needed steps to provide Mid a functioning environment that had bi-directional integration with Colleague, their SIS. They also needed Kennedy & Company to train all users in the functional areas of admissions, recruitment, and marketing on how to outreach and engage students using these new tools.
