Following nearly ten years of declines at the Ohio State regional campuses (OSU Lima, OSU Mansfield, OSU Marion, and OSU Newark, along with the agricultural extension in Wooster), the new enrollment management leadership team engaged Kennedy & Company to conduct an enrollment turnaround plan.
