Kennedy & Company consultants worked with Santa Monica College to implement a communication and engagement tool for the marketing, recruitment, and admissions departments. They had chosen to implement Pardot and migrate communications from their existing use of TargetX Email. We implemented Pardot for them and worked with them to develop new and modify existing campaigns for improved performance.‍Santa Monica wanted to make their outreach more user-friendly and take less time for their staff, while also meeting students where they were and sending more timely information via email. Kennedy & Company was able to build out multiple touchpoints and action-based rules that allowed for advanced segmentation within Pardot. In addition to building out various communication flows, we also helped develop a post-admissions communication flow that incorporated 12 different rules, resulting in more personalized outreach being sent automatically.
