Kennedy & Company has worked with University of South Carolina’s Palmetto College to create its current strategic and enrollment plan, to develop its internal online program management process, and to serve as interim CRM administrator for its Salesforce org. In our role as interim CRM administrator, Kennedy & Company worked to streamline data across the four two-year campuses that share a Salesforce org while allowing for separate processes and policies to meet each of the campuses unique needs. We assisted in planning and building inquiry and applicant communication flows for the online programs and 2-year campuses. For two of the campuses, we also implemented a solution to support student success for campuses that chose to opt in for the solution. Kennedy & Company also worked with USC to expand its Salesforce org to leverage integrations with third-party tools such as Cloudingo, Calendly and Mongoose. These tools allow them to more fully engage their students and connect them with appropriate campus resources.Kennedy & Company continues to provide support for USC on various other projects and still provides additional support for their CRM administrator to support their ongoing use of Salesforce.
